The Springhill Administration Department oversees the day-to-day operations of the church and supports the various ministries here. We have a great team that works hard behind the scenes to ensure the property, facilities, policies, safety and personnel of the church are looked after.

Diaconate Council - Fellowship of elders committed to supporting the Pastor and partners in our fellowship spiritually, and materially. These Spiritual leaders serve as living examples of Christian Character and Godliness, caring for our partners divided into small groups along geographic lines.

Trustee Team – The Springhill Trustees help facilitate the business operations of our church working to protect the tangible, material and intellectual property of our church facilities, and corporation. They serve as a functional board of directors carrying out the legal obligations for Springhill M.B. Church Inc. and her subsidiary organizations.

Finance Team – The Springhill finance team works to support our church’s financial operations by maintaining record of all revenue and expenses with integrity. As God financially blesses this fellowship, they are continually finding new investment vehicles to grow Springhill ministries while being accountable stewards of the ministry resources.

Assimilation Team – Springhill’s Assimilation Team is designed to create a caring atmosphere for new partners just joining the Springhill fellowship. They are dedicated to finding creative ways to move people from membership into partnership connecting them to at least two ministries where they can serve and grow.

Communications Team - The Communications Team is responsible for the overall corporate communications initiative; and visually projects the spiritual mandate in the essence of class, excitement and excellence through development, design, and delivery of creative media solutions that support the Pastor, mission of the church, events, conferences and services. This team, directed by the Clerk encompasses the Hilltop Herald, Springhill Web Developer, and Marketing teams.

Security Team – Springhill’s Security Ministry provides assistance with parking on the church lots and assumes responsibility for the safety of all persons inside and around the church building. Days and times for service vary according to activities scheduled at the church.
