Adrian S. Taylor is an accomplished business leader, speaker, consultant, resource facilitator and pastor. With nearly 20 years of experience, he specializes in business development, board governance, transformational organization change, and administration.

With nearly 20 years of experience, he specializes in business development, board governance, transformational organization change, and administration.

Adrian started his career at I.B.M., then worked in the telecommunications, and non-profit sectors for several years as a corporate trainer and executive.

At twenty-five (25), he moved to Gainesville to serve as the Senior Pastor of Springhill Missionary Baptist Church where he has led an era of membership growth resulting in hundreds of new members and attendees.

Adrian’s commitment to the community combined with his extensive background in the corporate sector enabled him to serve as a member for several community and government Boards including: Plum Creek Envision Alachua Task Force, Board Member and Public Policy Committee Chair for the United Way of North Central Florida, and Board Treasurer of the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce. Adrian’s work continues daily to build strategic alliances with both public and private organizations.

Adrian was Vice President of Development and Operations for the Gainesville Area Chamber of Commerce (2013-2016). He is the Senior Pastor of Springhill Missionary Baptist Church.

Adrian was born and raised in Tampa, Florida. He holds an Associate of Arts degree in business from Santa Fe College and a Bachelor of Arts degree in business from Saint Leo University.

He lives in Gainesville with his wife Dr. Courtney Taylor, Associate Professor of History at the Santa Fe College and their daughter, Alexis.
